Mit dünnem schwarzen Filzstift entwirft Ika Hügel-Marshall die Umrisse der phantasievollen grafischen Zeichnungen, um sie dann mit intensiven Farbkombinationen auszufüllen. Abstraktes Design mischt sich mit Sonnen, Blumen, Baum- und Häuserreihen zu dynamischen Mustern voller Bewegung – ein Tanz von Formen und Farben.

Die Zeichnungen haben Postkartengröße, sind aber auch in größeren Formaten und verschiedenen Formen (s. T-Shirts) vorhanden. Sie sind für Buchcover und als Sets verwendet worden.

Ika Hügel-Marshall creates the outlines of the imaginative graphic drawings with a thin black felt-tip pen and then fills them in with intensive color combinations. Abstract design mixes with suns, flowers, rows of trees and houses to form dynamic patterns full of movement - a dance of shapes and colors.

The drawings are postcard size, but are also available in larger formats and in various shapes (see T-shirts). They have been used for book covers and placemates.
